The Oakland Raiders are an embarrassment to the league and its surprise that new Commissioner/God Roger Goddell has stepped in to hand a suspension to crazed owner Al Davis. The Chiefs are one of the teams that will finish with a record lower than the Raiders, in the football odds standings.
