It’s a rare occasion that Drew Brees throws 4 INTs in a month but to unleash all those off target passes in just 60 minutes of work is indeed a NFL gambling rarity. But it does happen, at least it did happen, last week against the god awful Cleveland Browns of all teams.

Brees is going to have to get his vision checked and his arm on target in the Week 8 action as his 4-2 Saints play host to a surging 5-1 Pittsburgh Steelers team boasting #1 defense in the league (13.7 ppg). For most of his professional football career Brett Favre came to work at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, WI during the NFL gambling season.. He’ll be back there this weekend on a business trip, plying his trade as an NFL QB but he’ll be doing from the visitors’ locker room this time in his second trip hack to the field where he established himself as one of the all time greats in the history of the game.

Last season there was little not to think that Tampa Bay Buccaneers QB Josh Freeman was the worst starting QB in the NFL. He could do nothing right and was a walking interception machine. Fast forward to the present and it’s all but impossible not to believe that he’s the most improved player in the NFL and a major reason why the Bucs are off to their best start in years (3-1).
